“When I moved to Ann Arbor I knew one of the first things I needed to take care of was finding a reliable sitter for Cooper. I spoke with a few different dog sitters, but as soon as I met Penny and Rachel I knew they were a great fit. Both of them care so much about your pet and will treat your pet as if it were their own. Cooper can be very timid and struggles a bit with newcomers when his mom is not around. Rachel was very understanding and worked slowly and carefully with Cooper until he was comfortable with her. She even made the extra effort to stop over outside of her visits with Cooper to get him more familiar with her, a gesture than many others wouldn’t make. Finding Rachel and Penny has given me so much peace of mind when I need to leave Cooper. I used to dread leaving him for a few days, but now I am comfortable and know that he has someone reliable and compassionate to care for him. They have also been extremely accommodating to my hectic schedule and have been able to help me out very last minute many times.
